WP7 of the NATURE-DEMO Project focuses on ensuring smooth project coordination, high-quality results, and effective risk management. The project's management structure is led by the Coordinating organisation (DIC) and consists of a Steering Committee (SC) and a Project Management Group (PMG). The SC, formed by work package leaders, serves as the decision-making body and is responsible for strategic decisions. The PMG, with representatives from all partners, handles day-to-day operations and meets regularly to monitor progress and address any issues.

Quality assurance is a key aspect of WP7, with a dedicated Quality Management Team. The project also emphasizes proper data management, ensuring that all data and research outputs are Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). A Data Management Plan (DMP) is developed and maintained throughout the project to balance data protection and availability. Financial management and risk assessment are ongoing processes, with regular monitoring and reporting to ensure the project stays on track.
